12-week Landscape Painting course starting 24th April 2026
Thursdays, 13:30 – 16:30 in Monks Eleigh, Suffolk

What You’ll Learn

Learn how to design and paint expressive landscape paintings with confidence. Throughout the term, you will explore composition, tonal studies, colour harmony, light and atmosphere, while developing your own personal style through sketchbook work, studio painting, and outdoor observation.

Course Dates

The course runs weekly for 12 sessions starting on 23rd April 2026.

Daytime Class: Classes are 3 hours long and run on Thursday afternoons, 13:30–16:30.
Term Length: 12 weeks.
Note: No class on 7th May, as the hall is being used for elections.

What to Bring

  • An A4 sketchbook, pencils, grey markers, and a white pastel pencil or chalk
  • Full painting materials as suggested on the website
  • A tablecloth
  • An apron or old clothes

The course fee is paid in full when booking.

Missed Sessions

If you cannot make a session, you are welcome to attend any of my other classes as a catch-up, subject to availability. Please let me know in advance so I can confirm there is space.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • If I need to cancel a session, for example due to illness, I will either:
    • add an extra session at the end of term, or
    • offer a credit towards a future class
  • If I am unable to run the course at all, you will receive a full refund.
