Ed’s Art Classes…

Coronavirus Update:

I am pleased to say that my classes will be up and running again this September, week commencing 14th of September.

I have really enjoyed putting together my online classes through lockdown but nothing beats seeing people, having a chat and giving people help with their painting whilst they are doing it.

At the bottom of the page you will find a link to my calendar with next terms dates.

Please email me if you would like to reserve a place in any of my classes as I may have to limit the numbers if any of my halls become too busy.

(Please note I am on holiday until the 29th of August.  If you want to reserve a place or ask me any questions about this term, or materials send me a message and I will get back to you as soon as I am back.)

Ed has worked out his own approach to seeing and depicting, through absorbing many styles and artists; he knows what he’s talking about! I highly recommend all of his classes.

I found Ed to be a very patient and encouraging teacher. He always spoke about the good in a painting while also pointing out any mistakes.

A mixture of students,in age and ability meant that no one was worried about their work not being good enough.

I have attended Ed’s class for nearly two years. I was a complete novice and I now love drawing and painting. He always finds something to praise and he creates a friendly relaxed atmosphere in class. Classes are a mixture of demonstrations and practical exercises.
